Stop each axis at the mechanical origin position.
Table maintenance: Use an air gun to clean the dust on the table.
Maintenance of the drill bag: Fill the grease gun (German Krupp TOPAS L 32N) lubricating oil, respectively into the vertical drilling nozzle and the horizontal drilling nozzle, press three to five.
Rack and guide rail maintenance methods: Clean the dust and dirt in the rack and guide rail with a wipe, and apply the maintenance oil, it is recommended to do it every day before work, so that the accuracy of the guide rail is more accurate and durable.
Screw maintenance: Wipe it clean with burrs and dust, and then apply our anti-rust oil, it is recommended to apply once a day before work.
Automatic lubricating oil: the oil is transported to each track and slider, to check in time whether there is oil in the oil pot, if there is no oil, it should be supplied in time, and the oil quantity can not be higher or lower than the two red lines; The pumping time of the oil pump is generally adjusted to 160 minutes, and the second speed is 15 seconds.
Triplet maintenance method: clean the dust on the surface of the triplet, remove the oil pot of anti-wear pneumatic oil and install it after adding the pneumatic; Drainage method, first close the main gas pipe, and then twist the button until the water is clean.
Monitor maintenance: Clean the dust on the surface with an air gun, wipe the surface clean with a cloth, and keep it clean and tidy every day.
Maintenance method of software system: Backup all data under D disk of the device to U disk or office computer to prevent data loss.
Electrical cabinet electrical parts maintenance methods: First of all, we first turn off the power, open the six sides of the electrical cabinet, and then find an air gun to ventilation fans, electrical cabinet dust blow clean, keep clean and tidy. If the holiday time is long, it is recommended to put several packages of desiccant inside the electric box to prevent electrical components from moisture.
External maintenance of the whole machine: After cleaning and maintaining the whole machine, it is recommended to cover the whole machine with pearl cotton and stretch film.
